Since the thermal conductive silicon pad is often used in the heat source and heat dissipation components of electronic products, it is relatively precise, so there should be a lot of attention when using this product in order to better play its role. Especially for the operators, the following matters need to be paid attention to during installation and use. Only in this way can the quality and performance stability of thermal conductive silicon pad be guaranteed.

1、Keep the interface and operator’s hands clean.Dust,water and other substances will decrease the thermal pad’s viscosity and cause its lamination with heat components.

2、Please tear the protective film one side at a time, never remove films on both sides at the same time. 

3、Gently handle please. Hard pinch or hold may comes bending consequence . Meanwhile, minimize the contact frequency.

4、Stick the thermal pad slowly toward to one direction in case any air bubble, if it emerged, squeeze it out or make a re-stick.

5、When operating the thermal pad, do not energize the components to prevent electric shock.

6、Professional trained operated only can be assigned to the installation post.
