On November 18th, 2023, the weather was pleasant and the sun was shining brightly, the perfect time for outdoor activities! In order to relieve work pressure, create a passionate, responsible, and joyful working atmosphere, and better work status for the rest of the year, NFION, a leading manufacturer of thermal conductive materials, organized the "Unite Hearts, Forge Dreams - NFION Thermal Conductive materials’ Warm Winter Journey 2023" teamwork activity. The destination was the Baihua Island in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, aiming to enrich employees' leisure lives, strengthen team cohesion, enhance teamwork capabilities, and better serve customers.
With the sun shining for miles, we set out lightly, Heading towards poetry and the distant horizon, Embarking on a journey filled with love!
The company's HR Dept. carefully coordinated the arrangements. In the morning, NFION family members gathered at the company, and on the bus, the atmosphere was lively and cheerful. The long journey gradually became interesting with laughter and anticipation filling the air.
November in Songshan Lake is the perfect season for outings. Surrounded by greenery, under the azure sky, away from the hustle and bustle, strolling on the road felt like entering a paradise. After getting off the bus, we officially arrived at the long-awaited Baihua Island Fantasy Park in Songshan Lake, starting a one-day journey.
After arriving at the destination, the activity officially began. Following the ice-breaking warm-up games, participants were divided into five groups for competitive games, including "Frontline Difficulty, Rear Support," "Challenge 160 Seconds," "Inspiring," and "Traveling Thousands of Miles."
The main focus of this activity was team games and competitions. To ensure the expansion training proceeded orderly, under the guidance of professional coaches, NFION employees quickly formed five teams: "Wolf Pack Team," "Flat Lying Team," "Charge Team," "Advance Team," and "Summit Team." Each team created its own team culture, including team names and numbers. The team presentation segment featured passionate team names and inspiring team slogans, fully leveraging collective wisdom and team cooperation spirit.
Despite the scorching sun, everyone's enthusiasm remained undiminished. With the guidance of the training instructors, colleagues cooperated actively, faced challenges without fear, and worked together to complete each project. In the end, each of our teams achieved corresponding victories.
After experiencing challenges like "Frontline Difficulty, Rear Support," "Challenge 160 Seconds," "Inspiring," "Traveling Thousands of Miles," etc., participants gained profound insights. "The power of the team is infinite!" "Believe in yourself, believe in the team," "Only through the team's efforts can various tasks be better accomplished!" "Enhance communication between individuals!" These were the genuine sentiments expressed by the participants after the training.
In each competitive activity, employees learned while having fun, experiencing situations firsthand. Laughter sought true knowledge, and entertainment revealed profound truths. Reflection during meditation, understanding during situations – this washed employees' minds and changed their mental patterns. It enabled instantaneous shifts in thinking, changed perspectives, reshaped selves, established correct life and work values, and altered the original work attitudes and methods. This strengthened the cohesion and execution capability of the entire team.
After the games, everyone headed to Baihua Island Training Base for a rustic picnic with campfire. This was a highly anticipated activity for all the food enthusiasts! Washing and cutting vegetables, preparing ingredients, cooking each dish with care – only the food was not to be disappointed.
Enjoying the cool breeze by the lake, savoring the fragrance of the campfire, pouring wine and sharing a toast, everyone tasted the joy brought by their hard work in the midst of laughter and conversation.
The one-day team building journey of NFION came to a successful conclusion. This activity not only allowed colleagues to understand each other better, enabling employees to quickly integrate into the team and improving the cooperation ability between departments but also, in a more entertaining way, tempered everyone's will, enhanced team cohesion and overall centripetal force, and strengthened employees' self-awareness and team spirit. While showcasing the positive corporate culture and spirit of NFION Technology, it also provided everyone with a clearer goal for future efforts. We believe that in the days to come, everyone will work more closely together to create a better future!
