Introduction

Nfion NF150-100G thermal conductivity 1.0W/M.K thermal grease is a compound, made of organic silicone as the main raw material, metallic oxide and other functional additives as supplementary materials,It’s suitable for application requiring minimum compression thickness, constant pressure and screen printing since its brilliant performance in conduction, insulation,temperature resistance, no corrosion to metal.Daubing the grease on device, heat sink mounting surface uniformly will erase the air gap,increase the conduction efficiency, improve the reliability and prolong the service life.
