Introduction
NFION NF150-400G thermal conductive silicone grease (thermal conductivity 4.0w/m.k) is a thermal conductive organic silicone grease compound made from organic silicone as the main raw material and added with materials with excellent heat resistance and thermal conductivity.

NFION NF150-400G thermal conductive silicone grease (thermal conductivity 4.0w/m.k) is a thermal conductive interface material between high-power electronic components and heat sinks. Its excellent wettability can quickly fill the pores of the interface, greatly reduce the thermal resistance of the interface, and quickly and effectively reduce the temperature of electronic components, so as to prolong the service life of electronic components and improve their reliability.

NFION NF150-400G thermal conductive silicone grease (thermal conductivity 4.0w/m.k) has high thermal conductivity, no stress when used, high stability at -40 to +200 ℃, excellent weather resistance and excellent dielectric properties. It meets the requirements of the current electronic industry for thermal conductive interface materials.

Application method
1. Before application: the radiator must be cleaned immediately after application Apply silicone grease and install to avoid oxidation of device surface. It is recommended to release for a long time
Stir the silicone grease before use.
2. When applying: the thinner the silicone grease is, the better it will be when it is fully applied, so as to completely,It is appropriate to cover the device surface; If there is any extruded silicone grease, wipe it off,It shall be sealed for future use after use.
3. In case of settlement, it can be mixed evenly and can still be used.
